Spean: Your growth last year was impressive. How did you achieve that?

 

 

Mrs. Bopha: Last year we worked hard to control loans.

 

Delay payment was very small.

 

Our positive point was to communicate with customers to encourage them and try to find real problems and solutions.

 

Some customers were trying very hard so we always contacted them regularly, and helped them.

 

Most loans are secure with land and almost no default.

 

 

Spean: What are your strengths?

 

Mrs. Bopha: Firstly flexibility. We try to understand customers and always be flexible with customer needs.

 

For example, we design fixed products but some are flexible with conditions such as payment method.

 

We always tailor to customer’s needs.

 

Secondly, time. We offer loans as quickly as possible.

 

Lower interest than average but the point is we want them to have good experiences in taking out loans with us.
